Just received a pair of suit pants whose knee had been torn. As promised, the repair is perfect, and virtually invisible. Before learning of your service, I had been advised (by my wife and our most reliable dry cleaner, among others) to discard the entire suit, on their assumption that the tear could not be repaired. I received my Ermenegildo Zegna cashmere jacket back and am astounded by the incredible results. Even under a 10X magnifying light I am unable to detect any evidence of the original moth holes. In addition, you found others that I missed, returning the jacket to me in like new condition. Two days ago I received a man's suit jacket. It had a half inch hole on the left arm near the cuff, but now the hole is gone. I have pretty good eyesight but I cannot easily spot the repair which was done with the French reweaving method. Your business name 'Without a Trace' best describes your service. The skill of your reweaver is simply superb. It restored the value of my $1500 Hickey Freeman suit. Before the repair I couldn't wear this rather expensive (for me) suit because the whole was at highly visible place. But you made the hole totally disappear, so 'I'll wear it again!' Thanks!

Windowpane Blue Suit Sees the Light Again
WOW. I have very nice blue suit with a large light blue windowpane check that had an unfortunate accident with a nail directly above the left lapel. The kiss of death tore across not just the open box but across the light blue thread of the check. I assumed the suit was a lost cause and I had to throw it out. I couldn稚 though and left the suit on a hanger for years before I found out about you guys, right in my own "back yard" in fact!
All the dry cleaner/tailors and tailors said its all for naught. But you really did a miracle, even on the phone you said it would still show a slight trace, but you lied. Lied through your teeth. There was no mark at all no proof a tear had ever been there in the first place. A major tailor in new York now want your number because he was so impressed with your work. G-d bless you!

Armani Suit Shoulders a Dry Cleaners Damage
Got the Armani suit back and could not believe what we saw.
Suit shoulder which had been badly damaged by a dry cleaner in Baltimore
was unbelievable. During phone call prior to repair we were warned by
your representative a seam would have to hold the reweave, which was
very honorable. We approved the repair and now we are astounded! The
reweave is flawless and the seam holding the weave is noticeable only
with a spotlight! We are going to call all the tailors and drycleaners
who have been waiting for these results! Hanover, PA will finally have
a solution to the dying talent of reweaving!
One other comment.....your price was ridiculous! You could have put a 1,2,3, or 4 in front of the
price we paid and it still would have been a fair price!
Oh, and (your) representatives act like family members!

Wary Husband Has New View Of Repaired Garment
The jacket and vest arrived today and I'm completely thrilled. Even my husband, who thought the whole project was totally insane, thinks the vest liner is gorgeous and the workmanship superior. I know whoever did this had quite a challenge working with two such "distressed" garments, but they did a fabulous job and it looks just wonderful on. Have I used enough superlatives here?
I am so impressed with the vest liner that zips out of the jacket, reverses and zips closed. The matching headband completes a perfect look. Everything fits as if custom tailored in person. I am so grateful to everyone there who made this possible for me. I may not be the only person in the world who has such a beautiful sable-lined jean jacket, but I feel like it, and that's all that counts!
Can't wait for the ice storms forecast next week...

Suprise - No More Rip!
I just received my boyfriend's suede jacket in the mail today! It looks wonderful! With that huge rip in the under-arm, I thought we would just have to throw it away. The new patch you found to match the jacket is perfect, and the way you sewed it in looks as if it was originally made that way. Hi, I just wanted to thank Without-A-Trace for the great job you did repairing moth damage to my Armani camel overcoat a few weeks ago. I thought it was finished, and WAT brought it back! I know how damaged it was, and even I have to look very carefully in strong light to be able to detect where the trouble spots were. You've repaired other things for me in the past (rips on two different expensive men's suits) and you came through again! You guys do great work at a fair price. Hi Linda - Well,I was planning on sending these out months ago,but due to various circumstances, I just sent out a package with about 6 or 7 garments for your reweave services. One garment in particular,an Oxxford Cashmere overcoat is heavily nibbled and may not be worth the investment. My favorite green and gray herringbone tweed sportcoat is in there with a number of small nibbles and a big munch on the lower part. Then there are some trousers. Please email with your assessment of reweaving costs and which will respond the best to your services. Thanks so much in advance, Linda- you did a fabulous job on a couple of my suits 2 years ago. Hope these can be resurrected through your talents.
