Shipping Instructions

1. Print Shipping Form
   Print the following "Shipping Form" and fill out all the information to the best of your knowledge. This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
   
   
2. Clean Garment: Reweaving ONLY
   Clean the garment first if it has moth damage or is very soiled.

3. Mark Damage: Reweaving ONLY
   Mark damages with pins or tape.

4. Note Damage: Shearling/Furs/Leather
   Please include instructions on the repair separate of the garment. No tape or pins.

5. Considering Insuring Garment
   If you have a valuable garment, considering insuring the garment when you ship it to us.

6. Include Extra Material (if available)
   Send all matching or extra material for the garment.

7. Need an Estimate Before We Start?
   Specify on the form if estimate is requested or any other requests.
